These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AltaLux App, a platform that provides booking, scheduling, and payment-tracking tools for mobile detailing businesses ("Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when applying for a workspace. Applications are reviewed and approved at our discretion. We may suspend or reject an account at any time for violations of these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (services, pricing, availability, customer data) and for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Online payment processing is provided on a per-business basis and may not be available to all workspaces immediately upon approval. Where payment processing is enabled, transactions are subject to the terms of our payment processor.
You retain ownership of your business and customer data. We store it to provide the Service and do not sell it to third parties.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate a workspace for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
